Sonder Studios is a boutique digital marketing studio offering branding, website design, and social media management services to businesses across North America. We help small, growing, and corporate teams establish a memorable online presence through storytelling, creative strategy, and intentional design.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, natural problem solver and has experience in graphic design, brand design, website design and pays high attention to detail with the ability to produce quick turnaround times. We are a small design agency, so you must be a team player and able to wear multiple hats, as no two days are the same!
With this position, you’ll be directly collaborating with Clients, Mckenna, and other team members, so if you’re passionate about design and eager to grow in both design and management skills, then this is a great position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in brand and website design projects for clients, from brand strategy to website launch
- Design social media graphics (static and carousel posts) with the full social feed in mind
- Collaborate with Clients and the team to translate ideas into beautiful and strategic designs across platforms
- Work with Mckenna, Coordinator, Project, and other designers (if applicable) to ensure projects are on-time and producing high-quality design work
Qualifications:
- You have a heart for storytelling, hand-crafted design, that feels tactile, fun, and human
- You must have excellent aesthetic taste, with full awareness of creative processes, design trends & techniques
- Strong communication skills with the eagerness to grow with an expanding studio
- Able to take constructive feedback and incorporate it accordingly
- Ability to manage various tasks and maintain efficiency and productivity
- Strong time and project management skills
- Extreme attention to detail, organized and punctual
- Experience working in Showit platform (experience working in Kajabi and Squarespace a plus)
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and AdobeXD)
- Experience working in Canva
- Most of all, a passionate and driven individual who is eager to make an impact and join a team with heart, professionalim, and integrity
